SHIPPING

Thank you for supporting Moore Love! We want to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shipping experience for all our customers. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which is why we rely on the dependable services of UPS and USPS. All packages are shipped from our location within 1-2 business days after your order is received.

If you place multiple orders within one day, please contact us via email at moorelovestudios@gmail.com to request order combination, and we will refund one of the shipping charges upon request. We will need to know as soon as the order(s) are placed to apply your refund before shipment is exported to the carrier.

In addition to shipping, we are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers (USPS or UPS). We will not refund shipping charges if the carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping times. If your items are not delivered on time, please contact the carrier directly for assistance using your tracking number. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
