RETURN POLICY

At Moore Love, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like most online boutiques, we provide store credit only for eligible returns.

To qualify for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and will not be accepted for return. Returns must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear. We sweetly ask you to double-check your items before sending them in for potential returns.

All eligible items must be shipped back to us within 5 days of delivery. Items received outside of this window may not be accepted for return.

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
